This Payment Policy explains payment handling for orders placed on Vibno, operated by 14 HOLLYHOCK LLC.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Checkout is processed through Shopify Payments and supported payment providers. Available payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, and accelerated checkout options displayed at checkout.

2. Checkout Currency

Orders are processed in USD unless another currency is clearly displayed at checkout. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees based on your account terms.

3. Authorization and Capture

Payment may be authorized when an order is placed and captured according to Shopify Payments processing. If authorization fails, the order may not be accepted.

4. Payment Security

Payment data is handled by Shopify Payments and supported processors. We do not store complete card numbers on our own systems.

5. Billing Information

Please provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment or billing details cannot be verified.

6. Failed, Pending, or Reversed Payments

If a payment is declined, pending, reversed, or flagged for review, we may pause or cancel order processing until the issue is resolved.

7. Fraud Review

Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention. We may request additional information, refuse an order, or refund a transaction if risk indicators cannot be resolved.

8. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on Shopify Payments, payment processors, and the customer's bank or card issuer.
